We start with carefully selected steel sheets, stacked and stored in order according to production needs. This ensures smooth downstream processing and consistent product quality.

Using advanced Hymson laser cutting machines, our technicians cut each part with precision. This step ensures clean lines and accurate dimensions—critical for the final fit and performance.

Next, the laser-cut parts are shaped using CNC bending machines. Every angle is bent to exact specs, maintaining the integrity and structure of the frame.

Our skilled welders assemble the metal components into rigid frames, ensuring strong connections that can withstand long-term usage, especially in high-traffic environments.

Every welded section and sharp edge is carefully ground down. This step not only enhances safety but also creates a smoother surface for powder coating.
